Do you get money for taking newspapers in for recycling?

I have a large collection of newspapers accumilating in my small apartment. As most know, money is tight. I’m trying to find a place around the Pismo/SLO area to take it in and get money.

No, you don’t get money for newspaper recycling. You could try recycling other products for money…maybe bottles or soda cans???
