What the hell is a potato lab?
If you mean osmosis in potato cells, then you would simply notice that the potato cells will enlarge (becomes turgid) when exposed in water. This shows the theory of osmosis
Remember that osmosis is the movement of water from less concentrated to more concentrated area.
