No. The people of the internet wont allow it. (Even my Mozilla homepage is against it.)
Congress is turning into a sack of dumb@$$e$. It is not only destroying the internet, but it is unconstitutional (as it breaks about half of MY american rights). So yeah, they are doing it to stop piracy and crap. But the laws that are broken on the website is the ADMINS responsibility. I’ll be d@mned if I can’t download some Earth, Wind, And Fire for free. Like I’m buying a $20 dollar CD or trying to make a transaction over Itunes. A bunch of crooks is what congress is, don’t believe me, look at ALL the presidents we’ve had after Raegan left, and even HE was a crook.
