Why can’t I sign back into my youtube? Does this have to do with SOPA?

I was gonna make a another account. But here the thing it wont let me sign it.

No. Nothing to do with SOPA, they didn’t even vote on it yet….
sopa isnt passed yet. you didnt provide enough info for me to make a conclution as to why this problem is happening.
Nothing to do with SOPA. This is an issue being reported a lot on the YouTube help forums. Current advice is to:
Clear your browser’s cache and cookies and try signing in again.
If unsuccessful, try using a different browser.
SOPA HASN’T BEEN PASSED NOR OPPOSED YET.
It’s NOTHING to do with that. It can possibly be a YouTube glitch. Try resetting your password and if not then make a new account. That’s all you can do.
