Why are people saying he sounds boring? I think he sounds cool, calm, and collected. I’d rather hear this guy talk than some loser who sounds like he’s about to shit himself.
who cares what his voice sounds like i came here for the car
missed the whole review cuz the guy put me to sleep!
The only musclecar that didnt go away then come back. Iconic mustang will always be around. Keep moving forward. 8 speed tranny dual clutch paddle shifters or sport shifter maybe a rev matching feature for the manual like on the 370z. Drive mode select eco normal sport. Adjustable tunes. Keep moving forward prices low. Good job ford.
cant wait for mine alot alot of mods is going into it
High performance and affordable , mustang at is finest.

I really wanted to like this car… I really did… I have a 2012… check it out… svtblog.com
if ford loses the live rear axle this car would be even more unbeatable
he is careless on cars he must weird guy I bet he like sunglasses or skirts better than cars..
@nismofury, those are crank numbers, not rear wheel numbers. Also, yes Motor Trend Editors tend to be really really good drivers, not just any car critic can write for motor trend:) as opposed to Edmunds.
@Rick420Jam3s I know right? He makes 412 HP seem boring…..
@nismofury No, those are crank numbers. Go read through my last couple comments I explained this pretty thoroughly.
@twztd28 Okay, thanks for the info.
4.3/12.8??? Doesnt add up. 435hp on a dyno? That means 480hp engine??? What do these guys smoke or do to get higher and faster #s than everyone else…
Nice pants. Nice shoes. Nice gut you got goin.
Oh god, this guy again? Seriously this guy needs to stop narrating reviews. This guy is more mundane than a bowl of oatmeal.
I think I would buy the v6 instead of the v8. Less power but it’s probably a bit better on gas which is important to me.The rear wheel drive still bothers me during the snow. I don’t know how it would handle.
This V8 is so much better than previous, 4.6l V8.
51 people are angry they bought a Camaro SS
@BaronRogoff1 Yes the Boss is also under rated I believe… I’ve heard of crank numbers closer to 465-470. The GT500 is the only one I know of that makes close to what Ford rates it at.
@twztd28 Okay, thanks for clarifying that. So, good news. Isn’t the Boss rated @ around 440 hp? Maybe it’s also under rated as I think it has a racier cam and of course that badass Boss intake.
your fired…be less enthusiastic
@BaronRogoff1 I have talked to multiple 2011-2012 5.0 owners who have dynoed at 380rwhp and a little over that. Which is right around 435-440bhp. So no its not just specific vehicles, Ford under rated them. Probably for insurance costs.
