I’ve read reports that Russia is about 60 years ahead of the US in HAARP broadcasting and weather modification and much of the old Soviet era research weapons have been leased to the Japanese Yakuza and the Aum Shinrikyo underground. They have been using these technologies in scalar warfare strikes and weather mod. & extorting world government officials. In March, 2004 they created the first hurricane ever in the southern Atlantic and also steered it in a loop. Google it.

@darkasmodeus1966 Not sure where you got your figures, but they are not only wrong, but they don’t take into account the gain of the antenna array.
I was an EE for 20 years with a heavy emphasis on atmospherics. Designed, built and managed communications systems that included microwave. One other big difference between you and I, besides the fact that you don’t know electrical engineering, is that I don’t have to use foul language to try to sound like an adult.

@tomperanteau – You are either a con artist or a complete idiot… Either way… I wouldn’t waste my time… And I do have a masters in emag theory with a minor in communications and work with a host of other engineers who are even more qualified than I… We use HAARP as a typical lunch time topic when we need a good laugh…. This last sentence will be the last second that I waste on this. You deserve nothing more.
Thanks for posting this. After doing my own research on this issue, I can state, as a professional in the field, that HAARP is real and more than likely from the anecdotal evidence, is in use.
Anyone that does not think so should start by reading books on elementary electrical engineering. Couple that with a study of how the atmosphere/weather relate, and then come back and make informed statements. The data is out there on the GOV and EDU sites. Both engineering and patent data.
@Namnarooni A weak attempt to dispel what was presented. Perhaps you might delve into the engineering and tell us all why you don’t think this will work.
As a degreed engineer, I can tell you from looking at the research data, the patents, and other data available on government and commercial sites, that it not only works, but is being used.

@darkasmodeus1966 As an engineer (EE) with a heavy emphasis on atmospherics, yes, the energy needed to modify a small area of the atmosphere is calculable. You must also consider how much energy that HAARP produces and multiply that by the gain of the antennas. Much like a magnifying glass will multiply the sun’s rays to a point, these antennas have gain characteristics that multiply, by many times, the input.
Doesn’t take much to realize that it could heat and move the jet stream.
